CCCHC Altadena
CCCHC Altadena serves the Pasadena and Altadena communities with comprehensive primary and specialty care. Our bilingual team provides culturally sensitive services with a focus on preventative health and chronic disease management. Medi-Cal accepted and sliding-scale fees available.
As part of the CCCHC network, this location is a Federally Qualified Health Center accepting Medi-Cal, most major insurance plans, and offering sliding-scale fees for uninsured patients. Our bilingual staff serves the community in both English and Spanish.
