CCCHC Downey brings full-spectrum primary and specialty care to the southeast Los Angeles area. With services spanning primary care to radiology and mental health, our Downey clinic is a comprehensive resource for patients throughout the 562 area code.
As part of the CCCHC network, this location is a Federally Qualified Health Center accepting Medi-Cal, most major insurance plans, and offering sliding-scale fees for uninsured patients. Our bilingual staff serves the community in both English and Spanish.
