CCCHC Fountain Valley
CCCHC Fountain Valley is our Orange County location, providing affordable community health care to residents of Fountain Valley, Westminster, and surrounding communities. Our team brings the same quality and compassion of our LA locations to the OC.
As part of the CCCHC network, this location is a Federally Qualified Health Center accepting Medi-Cal, most major insurance plans, and offering sliding-scale fees for uninsured patients. Our bilingual staff serves the community in both English and Spanish.
