CCCHC Porterville brings our mission of accessible, affordable care to the Central Valley. Serving the underserved communities of Tulare County, our Porterville clinic offers primary care and rheumatology services with the same commitment to compassionate, sliding-scale care as every CCCHC location.
As part of the CCCHC network, this location is a Federally Qualified Health Center accepting Medi-Cal, most major insurance plans, and offering sliding-scale fees for uninsured patients. Our bilingual staff serves the community in both English and Spanish.
