CCCHC Sherman Oaks II
CCCHC Sherman Oaks II is our second Van Nuys Blvd location, offering expanded primary and wellness care in the Sherman Oaks corridor. With primary care, rheumatology, nutrition, and acupuncture services, this clinic provides a broad range of care for Valley residents.
As part of the CCCHC network, this location is a Federally Qualified Health Center accepting Medi-Cal, most major insurance plans, and offering sliding-scale fees for uninsured patients. Our bilingual staff serves the community in both English and Spanish.
