CCCHC South Gate
CCCHC South Gate is one of our most accessible locations, offering Saturday hours in addition to standard weekday care. Serving the South Gate, Lynwood, and Paramount communities, this eight-service clinic is a cornerstone of health access in Southeast LA.
As part of the CCCHC network, this location is a Federally Qualified Health Center accepting Medi-Cal, most major insurance plans, and offering sliding-scale fees for uninsured patients. Our bilingual staff serves the community in both English and Spanish.
