The Pediatric Care CHDP Program at the CCCHC Monterey Park Location
The Child Health and Disability Prevention program, or CHDP for short at the CCCHC Monterey Park Pediatric care clinic, is aimed at delivering episodic health services and assessments to children and youth in California, whose families fall in the low-income category.
